With over 16,500 staff supporting more than 12,000 residents in over 200 care homes plus 7 independent hospitals, services range from dementia care to more complex health care services. Providing high-quality homes is an integral part of their success, having developed a number of partnerships with health commissioners based on local needs and opportunities. These include building registered hospitals, developing new care pathways and providing care for their patients needs in their registered hospitals and specialised care homes. As a growing business this meant payroll was becoming increasingly difficult to manage and time consuming exercise. Barchester’s concern was being able to find a system that could handle their complex shift patterns, thinking they were forever confined to their manual paper system. As they had heard clocking in systems had not worked successfully at other care homes.

Payroll now takes us just a few minutes rather than hours… or sometimes a whole day even. Facetime have revolutionised the way we do payroll. Jackie can now devote more of her time to other important HR matters.
